Cancer Mechanical Biomarkers

Investigated the mechanical signatures of cancer cells and tissue, using atomic force microscopy to link biomechanics to disease state as a route to earlier, physically grounded diagnosis.

Can cancer cells be distinguished through their mechanical behavior?

Single-cell mechanical characterization, viscoelastic creep analysis, cytoskeletal structure, and statistical analysis.
